How do I find the right size?

Every product page includes a Size Guide link — check it before ordering, as sizing can vary slightly between styles. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Most styles run true to size and are available from XS to 2XL. Still unsure? Email us at support@californiasouthernfashion.com and we'll help you find the perfect fit.

When will I receive my order?

Most customers receive their orders within 5–8 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with 4–6 business days transit after dispatch. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all US orders — no minimum order value, no hidden fees. (We currently ship within the United States only.)

What if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?

No problem — you can return any unused, unworn item with tags intact within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Just email us with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of us receiving your return.

Do you offer a discount when I buy more than one item?

Yes — bundle savings apply automatically at checkout, no code needed: 2 items = extra 10% off, 3 items = 15% off, 4 items = 20% off, 5 or more = 25% off.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us at support@californiasouthernfashion.com with your order number, a short description, and photos — we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you. We reply within 6 hours on business days.
